- Add your UserID@oDesk.com email address in the 'From' field on each new message. This field is enabled in the message window's Options menu (or View depending on which version of Outlook you have).
- Apple Mail
- Add your UserID@oDesk.com email address in Preferences > Accounts > Account Information. Do not add a new account - instead, go to the account you want to send through and add a comma and your oDesk email in the 'Email Address' field (for example: personal@email.com, UserID@oDesk.com).
