Who can access Openings?
The My Jobs > Openings page is only available to hiring managers and recruiters. Need access to your team's openings? Have a team admin give you hiring manager privileges.
How do I find my posted job?
We keep all the jobs you've ever posted in My Jobs > Openings. To make it easier to find the job you're looking for, you can filter the list by status.
  • Active: Currently open. You can accept new candidates and hire for these jobs.
  • Closed: Not currently open. You cannot accept new candidates or hire for these jobs (but you can repost them).
  • Filled: Just the jobs where you hired someone. They could be Active or Closed.
How can I edit my job?
  1. Go to My Jobs > Openings. Select the appropriate Status from the drop-down menu.
  2. Find the relevant job in the list. Click on the title to see the job details and candidates.
  3. Press the Edit button in the top right corner.
  4. You can edit everything about your job (just like when you originally posted it) except changing the terms from hourly to fixed-price or vice-versa.
  5. Press the Save button when you're ready. You can't undo this, but you can make additional edits at any time.

Can I change from hourly to fixed-price or vice-versa?
No. You'll need to repost your job to change it from hourly to fixed-price or vice-versa.
How do I repost my job?
You can repost any job post - open or closed. It's a handy shortcut if you want to use the same or similar qualifications, etc. Your candidates will not be automatically transferred to or automatically notified about the new job.
  1. Go to My Jobs > Openings. Select the appropriate Status from the drop-down menu.
  2. Find the relevant job in the list. Click on the title to see the job details and candidates.
  3. Press the Repost button in the top right corner.
  4. A new job post will be created, pre-filled with all the info from the original job you are reposting. You can edit everything about this new job including changing the terms from hourly to fixed-price or vice-versa.
  5. Press the Post this Job Opening button when you are finished. Any edits you make to the new job now or in the future will not affect the original job post. The two jobs are in no way linked.
Want to invite some of your former or existing candidates to the reposted job? Save them to your favorites from the candidates queue (or bookmark their profile permalinks), then invite them to interview for the new job from their provider profiles.
How do I find, manage, interview and hire my candidates?

  1. Go to My Jobs > Openings. Select the appropriate Status from the drop-down menu.
