What is a "Company"?
As a Buyer, you have two separate entities on oDesk: yourself, and your Company.
For example, John Smith signs up for oDesk as a Buyer with a Company name of Acme, Inc. In the upper-right corner it says "Hello, John", but when he clicks on Hire or Work with Your Team or Team Admin, he sees "Acme Inc." John the individual may have admin rights to several different independent companies.
