How do I close my oDesk account?
If you are considering closing your oDesk account, please contact us to see if there are any issues we can resolve.
Please keep in mind you can always make your provider profile private and come back later.
Once you close your account
- It cannot be reopened
- Your Feedback Profile will no longer be available
- The feedback you have left for other oDesk users will remain even after the account is closed
Before closing your account, make sure there is no balance remaining in your account. You will not be able to access any remaining funds after your account is closed.
To close your oDesk account, please submit a ticket with this request. We will close your account within one business day.
