System Requirements
What is it? oDesk Team is a complete time-logging and verification system.
- Windows: MS Windows 2000, XP, Vista (IE 5.5 or higher must be present)
- Mac: Mac OS X 10.4+ (Tiger, Leopard)
- Unix: most modern Linux distrbutions (Debian, Fedora, Mandriva, Suse, Ubuntu, and more), and FreeBSD.
Who needs it? All providers are required to run oDesk Team in order to have a verified record of their work on hourly jobs. Running oDesk Team on fixed price jobs is optional. oDesk Team is always optional for buyers. But, a lot of our buyers run it to have an online record of their work, making collaboration with their remote team easier.
Note: The oDesk Team client application will only be fully functional if used in conjunction with an oDesk User ID with a valid license to access the Service. Review carefully our License Agreement before downloading.

- Mac: Mac OS X 10.4+ (Tiger, Leopard)
- Linux: Debian, Fedora, Mandriva, Suse, Ubuntu, and more.
Compatibility: To confirm that oDesk Share is compatible with your network configuration please click here.
Who needs it: Although it is not required, we recommend both buyers and providers to install it to be able to initiate screen- or desktop-sharing sessions.
