Downloading oDesk pack

I have tried 3 times to download the oDesk pack from the website and every time, I get the message that the .exe file is not a win32 application.  I got an email from the Help Desk with 7 files to download into one file folder - I did that and it still brings up the same message. I have a brand new Vista loaded laptop and I had to trouble with oDesk with my old computer.  I have no external or internet firewall - I'm on my own network with a hard-wired fireweall in my Linksys router.  I have Norton (30-day trial) but the firewall is turned off.  Anybody got any ideas...

Issues with downloading program

I also am using Vista and I have just received an dll error that states:   internal error (5)  C:/Program files/oDesk/odghook.dll setup stopped

What do I do, I wanted to start testing and getting ready for potential jobs but if my computer is not going to allow me to download the main program, I'm not sure I should continue.  I need some help.

This error means that

This error means that oDeskSetup unpacked file, but can not save it on your hard disk. So:

1. Please check that you have enough free disk space on your drive C:.

2. Possible that you install oDesk Apps over existing oDesk Apps and because of some errors file 'odghook.dll' is still in the memory. Please uninstall all existing oDesk Apps, reboot your computer, install of new oDesk Apps.
