Odesk Share Connection Problem

I'm testing my connection's ability to connect over the net using oDesk Share. When I check the connection from my browser, I get a "failed to connect" error with the following details:

 "System Information:

Operating System:        Mac OS X 10.5.4
Java Runtime Environment:    Apple Inc. 1.5.0_13
Java Virtual Machine:        Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (Apple Inc. 1.5.0_13-119)

System Diagnostics:

Secure Socket Layer support:    Not available

Network Diagnostics:

Connection to port 5900:        FAILED (error getting socket).
Connection to port 6100:        FAILED (error getting socket).

In order to host an oDeskShare session please enable tunneling
via the Preferences:Connection dialogue"

I am using Firefox v2.0.0.14.

It's not clear which Preferences:Connection dialogue is being referred to. (browser, OS, other?) I've checked both the browser and OS, but can't find any settings having to do with tunneling.

 Any help is appreciated.
