I'm looking to create a 960 x 600 px flash movie that can load external files and render them on a x and y position. An XML file would specify what files to load and where to place them. With external files, I'm talking about (1) images, (2) swf files and (3) flv videos. Obviously, the flv should render in a player that can be linked from the library. This is a fixed price jobs. Jobs well done within deadline, including revisions will get 10% extra fee!
