Every year for around 3 months we interview high profile people in the technology space and record the audio (around 10 people and interviews are often 1 hour in length). Accents vary and there are lots of technical terms. We don't expect the transcriber to get all the names and technologies correct but we have been dissapointed using non-native (Indian) transcriptionists as there are far too many English mistakes and completely obviously wrong transcriptions.
