Our website generates a lot of email enquiries from customers. Your job will take between 1 and 2 hours per day responding to these. We use Kayako Support Suite and would prefer somebody who has experience with this - however it will not be difficult to train you if necessary. We have added a lot of replies to our knowledgebase already so most of your work should involve finding the most suitable reply.
