We are looking for a php/mysql programmer that will code a small php website to accept contact data into a MySQL database. This database will also be used to generate reports. The programmer will need to setup the database tables and code all of the web pages the will input the contact information into the database, these input fields must have all of the appropriate checks (eg. required files, telephone number fields have numbers in them, email fields have email addresses in them etc..)...
