I am looking for a web developer with the above skills to edit/create a joomla template from .psd source file. The graphics are done, you need to be able to create slices from photoshop and take the design from the .psd to the site. Currently the site uses a joomla youtheme template so the css files and html need editing to encorporate the new design in the header, modules etc. Further details are immediately available after interview request.
