hello all. this is what i am looking for. Im looking someone to make a flash navagation bar for my website. Its going to have a Home , Forums , Roster, Matches , Media , Contacts, Sponsors. I would like it to have a cool effect on mouseover and also a sound effect a sniper gun shot... a real sound effect not a computerized one. Im setting a fixed price on this project because i have done it hourly before and got nothing but High Balled. The fixed price will be 50 but that only a start im sure...
