We're looking for a graphics artist to create a cutting edge design for our customer. We are looking for custom art / commercial photography which will be used as a design in a Joomla template. We intend on laying out general guidelines, providing examples of other websites that we'd like to mimic, and have our designer create a JPG image as a proposal.
