Public Portal/Blog space Web developer located in Atlanta, GA, USA, seeking to create a public portal/blog space with a "hot political topics" theme. Site should be scalable and able to support high volume (hopefully). Blog pages to include Google search and Google AdSense advertising regions on each blog page. Must have examples of blog pages previously constructed; job should include loading and testing on my FTP server site upon final delivery.
