Need someone to take a PSD mock up with a form in it and convert to validated html. must be w3c compliant. run through markup validator and css validator with no errors. http://validator.w3.org/ (and Yes, each image needs to have relevant image alt text) need to run through green light tool & get all green lights http://www.websiteoptimization.com/services/analyze/ page must also render correctly in firefox 2 & 3, IE, + opera. must use DIVs (not tables)
