I need someone who is good at Photoshop and is a webmaster type. You must be proficient at CSS and be able to update .php pages. Basically I need a skilled webmaster that is good at editing content. A typical assignment would be to implement a template, update a template, or create some new graphics, maybe change the color scheme of an entire page. Sometimes we need font changes and text added or removed. You must be able to publish your own work on our server, create directories, etc......
