Job Description:

I need help with an installation of magento. I have upgraded from 1.1.6 to 1.1.8 and now the system - configuration button wont work in the admin section. A file permissions error has occurred. Please check the permissions on the script and the directory it is in and try again.Can somebody help me in the next hour?
