im actually hiring a pool of designers .. i get 50+ flyer orders a week right now and need to have 20+ designers on board by jan 2009 .. Im doing a trial period with the designers i meet here on odesk .. Nightclub Flyer Design is not for everyone .. we are paying 250 php per design for the first 10 designs you design .. if we are still using you on the 11th design .. the pay becomes 500 php per design and you will receive 10 designs minimum a week ..
