Couple weeks back I hired gopal ( gopalext@gmail.com, winston@extolutionind.com, pradip.krishnan@extolutionind.com) -- he began the work, he was paid to complete the work, he billed me more than we agreed, however, he never completed the project and he has decided not to return my emails to give me my finished source files to have someone else completed. hence, I couple flash files that i need to finish and make a useable site.
