We are looking to develop a mobile application that can be used to control access to certain system level functions on a mobile handset this would include 1. restricting access to the mobile internet browser 2. restricting the placing of premium rate calls although allowing exceptions 3. disabling software install functions All these functions can be disabled/enabled by an authorised user If you feel that you may be able to develop such an application please let us know
