Job Description:

I need to rework a website which its frontend is done with CakePHP and the backend was badly done in another piece of database manager software. I need the backend to be reprogrammed from zero in CakePHP to be: A) More user friendly B) Web 2.0 looking C) Less buggy than it is right now. Also the website needs to get upgraded to the latest version of CakePHP.
