We need to develop an online e-learning application for First Aid Training. We teach over 10,000 students each year, and will look to convert about half of those to elearning. The program will need to be web based for home study, and incorporate a payment front end, one course with the material interspaced with about 100 multiple choice questions, and a number of possible questions for each of those questions - 100% correct to continue - and an issue of a certificate at the end....
