I have a concept for a site/tool for people to use similar to AddThis.com. I would talk with some potential providers about what it would take for them to develop a back end system for user management, analytics in the control panel and a js toolbar. The person/team needs to be very proficient in the above skills. If all goes well, there are some possibilities for additional jobs such as handling web maintenance, etc for my marketing company.
