We need a Flash Developer resource for bits of ongoing flash work. The work is more technical and not design. The developer must be comfortable to work with a few commercial modules for slideshows, transition and text effects. We would typically want to load parameters to the flash with javascript or xml. Easy communication in English is required and we will prefer someone that we can communicate with where our business hours (PST) overlap a bit.
