Need help completing a social networking web site. I am a web designer so the design is already complete. I need the functionality added. 95% of the PHP code has been written. I need someone to understand the logic behind the current PHP code and add that current code and Smarty templates. to the redesigned site. Person needs to be proficient in PHP, AJAX and Smarty. I need a good communicator that can handle small details. GOOD COMMUNICATION IS A MUST!
