We have a client that is doing a test marketing program in cooperation with print news media. They have an urgent need for a small PHP / MySQL scriplet that will take data from a pop up form (to be created by applicant) and store small bits of data in a mysql marketing database. The form needs to write email address, age and postal code to a database for marketing. The form is needed asap.
