I need someone to take over the administration of my web site.. and make all updates as needed , change articles, pictures, manage problems that come up , must be 100% expert in joomla or dont apply.. this is ongoing month after month, must be same individual, not sub out to another person.. must speak english very well, must beable to call me on skype.com to have conversation about changes.. and must be available immediately to make changes to site when needed. or if site goes down.....
