I am currently using nginx as a front end to serve static content and it does a proxy passthrough to Apache to serve PHP content. I would like to get to a pure nginx solution, but I am not sure how to configure the FastCGI for nginx and some minor customizations that I need for our PHP scripts. So I need someone familiar with nginx and high-traffic web servers. This needs to be optimized to be fast!
