We have a sharepoint corporate intranet. Whitin our sharepoint site we have a personalized list where we track our customers issues (kind of helpdesk). We need to create a form so our guests can insert new issues into this list obviously wothout accessing our sharepoint. Next step will be that the clients have the possibility to view their issues. (secondary) We use domain authentication. We have an organizational unit for the clientes where we can create users for them if needed....
