Programmer, familiar with Perl, preferably some knowledge of other high-level languages (e.g. Python, Ruby, PHP), database experience (ideally PostgreSQL), to help develop a standards based medical record system. Experience with interoperability according to CCHIT Health Information Exchange standards a plus.
