We have a Joomla template and need to customize it. It's a simple website and we need the basic set-up and we can take it from there. I think it would take the provider 30-40 hours. I want someone who can speak Spanish and has experience with Joomla! I'm also looking for someone who can help me on the ongoing basis, on different projects.
