Goal: Write code to run in Windows XP to extract rows from one file into another file that meet the criteria. I would like to be able to modify the code as necessary. Documentation/instructions is required on the code itself and simple instructions on how to modify it if necessary. This is very simple and can be done quickly. Looking for a good scripter with the lowest rate. I do not expect this code to take more than one hour of your time. So please, do not charge more than needed....
