We are a top 5,000 web property. We are looking for a programmer who can connect our xml search feed to an html template and be able to build an application to track impressions, clicks and ctr. Strong php, XML and possibly SQL or MySQl skills a must. We prefer this task to be completed on a linux server but will consider windows .net solution.
