You must be able to take a completed PSD comp of a website design and convert it into a functional Drupal 5 theme. This includes specially themed blocks for the Calendar and RSS Aggregator modules and must be tested in Firefox, IE 6+, and Safari. A mostly completed CSS and HTML conversion of the comp is also available for you to work from, if you choose so.
