Need help with building HTML and CSS for a web site. Currently we have PSD and some HTML built. We need someone to create a set of CSS using the current layout and utilizing the look and feel of the current layout build some HTML for the web site. We also need th designer to be able to create certain images for the web site using any of the image creation tools such as PHOTOSHOP etc..
