i need a website done that is similiar to these two sites: everythinggirl.com seventeenmagazine.com I will need to upload a PDF document to my site every month. I will need a donate button so people can donate to us or pay for their ADvert. I know this project is a lot but we have no funds coming in so my budget is $70.
