We need a Flash programmer for a simple/fun task. The programmer must be able to parse XML, and load in images from that XML source. The program will then need to animate these images in a simple linear way. This all occurs locally on the machine. This is not a web application. It will run as a Window/Mac Projector. The deliverable will be all source code and an executable Flash program.
