After working with Shaharyar on multiple projects I have yet to find a better oDesk hire. Since he's moved on to new projects, I have closed the last project and opened this one. Shaharyar is doing Apex as well as some heavy backend PHP work. He works well on his own and doesn't require frequent guidance.
