Develop WordPress template to fit Photoshop layout and requirements specifications. Template homepage will feature a Flash central element along with other html / php menu items. The Flash element development will be written as a separate job, however it would be beneficial to have one developer who can do all pieces. Template must contain CSS for all styleable elements. Will also require full documentation.
