Development of a portal for CPA. Need a working prototype ASAP. Prefer developer who already has developed collaboration tools and can quickly modify to spec. Application can also be done in PHP is developer has existing library of apps. Once the prototype is complete we will engage for a phased development of work over a period of six months. I will share specs once interview is complete.
