I need an on call, part time PHP programmer who SPEAKS ENGLISH. You must be able to speak English and communicate with me via telephone or VIOP. You should be able to take simple English instructions, implement those instructions into working PHP and MySQL code, maintain an Odesk desktop for remote viewing, and upload your work to our servers. From 10-40 hours a week, you can work up to 6 hours per day [no more!]. This is a per project job, but I am looking to establish long term relationships.
