We need help developing a server that will do the following: 1) Linux server which will capture video through a capture card coming from a video production room. 2) We need to be able to schedule on a recurring daily basis where the capture starts and stops during certain video broadcasts. 3) Once captured the server must encode the video to FLV format. 4) Once encoded the FLV must be uploaded to a second server. 5) Finally the original video should be deleted from the capture server....
