Job Description:

We sell a variety of products online and have a large number of incoming emails that need to be pre-sorted into the proper categories so that our team can deal with them efficiently. This job involves 1) sorting the tickets into categories based on each customer email, and 2) identifying and responding to basic friendly hello emails.
