We currently have a website which needs some small tweaks to it to make it look nicer. We need someone with a good eye, and who knows how to write well structured CSS. We will want to condense, combine, and better organize the existing CSS pages, images, and template files. The site is done using smarty templates, knowledge of that is a plus but not a requirement.
