No programming skills needed, but this position is to create sketches for how websites will look. Sketches are done in photoshop. Main skill is the ability to communicate very well, and create neat designs following instructions. These are sketches that we send to our programmers to produce actual websites. You should be able to understand what a nice website looks like, and how to put parts together. Training, instructions provided.
