We are looking for a graphics/web designer to design the layout, images and colour schemes for a new website we are developing. It will be a video hosting website where users can upload videos of their presentations and receive constructive feedback from other users. The purpose of the site is to improve people's public speaking. The programming for the site is being developed but we are horrible at designing (and we know it).
