I need someone who can write a program which can import an audio file(mp3/wav) and gets output as a transcription. I dont mind using any technology or speech recognition engine I dont mind if the transcripts are not perfect, as it is the first draft before a manual intervention would be done. Please note that this is not a requirement for transcription service, it is a software development requirement so please dont waste yours and mine time with transcription service application thanks.
