This job is for a single project to design and build a NOP commerce theme. This could be a job for a single person if they can both design the site and create the theme or it could be a job for 2 people 1 to design and the other to code. The code job will require previous experience of NOP commerce. The Design part will require previous experience of designing ecommerce sites.
