I want to build a social network via Dolphin, Socialengine, or Dupral. I'm willing to go with any of these providers based on your projected rates for each. I will also need a custom template design for my network. I need someone who can provide these services in a timely fashion (1 week) at a flat rate. Once this site is up and running I will need someone to manage the site on a long term basis but I will post that job for bid when the time comes.
